Collaborazioni con le imprese

Ogni Centro di Formazione Professionale (CFP) della Federazione CNOS-FAP coltiva il rapporto con il mondo produttivo del proprio territorio, mettendo progressivamente a regime delle modalità, lo stage in particolare, utili a raccordare l’offerta formativa con le esigenze aziendali e a proporre agli allievi una formazione imperniata sulle competenze.
In questi anni la Sede Nazionale ha attivato rapporti più continuativi con le imprese del settore, dando vita a varie forme di collaborazione, in particolare nei settori meccanico, elettrico, grafico, settori nei quali prevalentemente opera, sviluppando una forma di collaborazione a un livello superiore a quello del singolo CFP.
In molti casi, poi, la collaborazione si estende, oltre al CFP, anche all’Istituto Tecnico e professionale paritario salesiano.
