Objectives:  Through the definition and the implementation of MEIC (Migrants Economic Integration Cluster) model, the LIME project intends to create a long-term strategy to strengthen the policies and tools for integration of young migrants into the labour market at local and European level.

The core of the project is the two pilot actions to be implemented in two relevant local contexts in Italy and Spain, meaning in Rome and in Madrid in business and professional training, workshops for self-entrepreneurship and L2 professional language courses. The activities aim at:

  • Consolidating a strategic and operational collaboration among socio-economic key actors (associations of employers, vocational training providers, employment services, local authorities, companies CoCs).
  • Increasing the effectiveness of existing labour market integration policies and tools adapting them to TCNs needs.
  • Standardizing and systematizing the “Cluster” methodology to make it replicable in other local contexts.
